BIO

Sai is an aspiring filmmaker, artist, and creative who primarily works with sound art, poetry, visual projection, performance, painting, and photography. Their work features diverse themes of queerness, resistance, social issues, identity, exploration, belonging, childhood connectivity and class issues. Sai focuses on extensive research and personal experiences, emphasising strong messages and raising awareness, prompting the audience to question the political aspects of our society.

Sai enjoys making art, writing, photography, editing videos and photos, painting, making zines, watching films and using Letterboxd,  amongst other things. They enjoy the works of David Lynch, Wong Kar-Wai, Sin Wai Kin and Adham Faramawy.
